Legacy on Rio offers individual leases, which means each resident signs their own lease agreement and is only responsible for their own installment payments and any applicable fees. Housing contracts last for 12 months, running from the beginning of August until late July. This provides peace of mind for residents and guarantors, since one person is not financially responsible for the entire apartment or for a roommate’s missed payments.
Residents at Legacy on Rio can pay their monthly installments through the online resident portal or by delivering a check to the leasing office. Monthly installment payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late if received after 9 a.m. on the 4th.
Applicants at Legacy on Rio may sign with a qualifying guarantor or qualify another way, depending on their financial situation.
