We understand that moving can be a whirlwind of excitement and stress, which is why we're here to ensure your transition into your new living space is as smooth as possible. Move-In Procedures

We're thrilled to welcome you to your new home! To ensure a hassle-free move-in experience, we've outlined a step-by-step guide to streamline the process. Take a look at the sections below to learn more about your move-in times, where to pick up keys, what you need to complete ahead of time to qualify for Fast Pass Move-In, and more.

What To Expect Move-in Day

Your contract begins on 08/20/2024, and the earliest your apartment will be available for move-in is 08/20/2024. Please arrive at 2614 Rio Grande St, Austin, TX 78705 no earlier than 8:00 AM. There will be no on-site parking available for new or current residents on 8/20/2024 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM as staff needs full access to garage to complete move-in day. If you are a current resident with parking, you do not need to move your vehicle out of the garage during this time but you also will not be able to get out quickly as you will be required to get into the move-in line to keep the flow of traffic moving in the right direction. Move in times for your assigned floors are listed below.

2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Floor 2 and remaining overflow

Welcome to your move-in day! To ensure a smooth arrival process, please follow the steps shown on the map below. Our move-in map will guide you to the right place for your move-in. Simply follow the designated route and signage to reach your destination. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, our friendly staff will be available to help.

  1. Take the one way on Rio grande past our building and go all the way to stop sign at the end of the street
  2. Turn left onto W 28th st and continue until you reach the next stop sign
  3. Turn left onto one way street Salado and continue until you reach the pop up tent on your left side
  4. We will have team members there to take your ID and confirm that all payments and documents have been completed
  5. Once confirmed, we will provide you with you key packet and direct you into the parking garage where you will follow the order of the staff as you work your way down to the bottom level of the garage where movers and staff will be there to unload your vehicle.
  6. Once unloaded, your car MUST move and parking in the garage will not be available on move-in day until 6 PM.
  7. You will need to locate parking either on the street or at another local parking garage such as San Antonio garage.

Fast-Pass Move-In Checklist

We offer Fast Pass move-in options for your convenience. In order to qualify for this option, be sure you've completed all the items listed in the drop downs shown here, including any move in check list items shown in the ResidentPortal. Please note, failure to complete these items ahead of time may result in longer wait times during key pickup. Let's make your move-in process swift and seamless!

Checklist

On move-in day, we will verify that the full month’s installment, fees, and any outstanding paperwork are complete before giving out keys. Please note that we only accept certified checks; cash and money orders will not be accepted. If you choose to pay online before your arrival, please ensure to bring a copy of the online confirmation. Your first month’s installment is due no later than 08/05/2024. It’s crucial to ensure all fees and your first month’s installment are paid on time to secure your unit and prepare for move-in day.

Resident Portal

As a condition of the Housing Contract, residents are required to carry liability insurance. To satisfy this requirement you have two options - purchase liability insurance and provide proof of coverage to the leasing office or do nothing. If no action is taken, you will be automatically enrolled in the Landlord Liability Protection Program. Please see attached flyer for more detail.

While our community does not allow pets, if you have a registered ESA or service animals please click the link below to complete the verification process.

Pet Screening Application

Residents are responsible for establishing utility accounts for the following utilities. One resident in the apartment should contact the provider for your apartment. Provider contact information is provided below. Water and sewer will be billed to you monthly and will post directly to your Resident Portal for payment.
